		<description>It is hard to tell. This looks, on the surface, more like an ongoing group. Round tables in the context I am talking about tend to me more of a one-off, though there is no hard and fast rule to this. Having said that, the activity on the site makes it look like a on-off.

The one you point out seems like an ongoing association. Having said that, commissioning research as they have done is a great way to validate/support thoughts, as well as get stronger media coverage and general stakeholder buy-in.
